What is Top Down Framework?

"Top Down Framework" is an asset for GameMaker Studio 2.3  that allows you to create a top down shooter faster. It is a successor to the Top Down Engine, which is arguably dated by now. Additionally, a lot of new features have been introduced, and it has been build from the ground up. There are countless improvements compared to the Top Down Engine, and it is built in the latest version of GameMaker Studio (2.3).

A few highlights are that stealth mechanics have been added, based on field of view and view cone. These enemies can be alerted when fired upon. Another major feature is that  you can now have battles of dozens of soldiers fighting it out! With improved functionality and new mechanics such as strafing these should prove interesting!
